John Pfleger applies over 28 years experience in the investment and insurance industries as a Senior Advisor for MBSA. Known for his creative thinking and problem solving, he has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating insurance contracts with insurance companies and stable value protection providers. John is also a founding partner of Concept Hedging, LLC, which, among other things owns and licenses intellectual property related to providing stable value protection for BOLI plans.
Previously, John worked for Bancorp Services LLC, a market leader in stable value protected (SVP) separate account BOLI products, and First Union Securities Corporation as a national BOLI specialist. He also served as a regional representative for the Financial Service Company, a division of Mutual Benefit Life, and President of Florida Securities Corporation, a regional broker dealer specializing in private offerings to high net worth individuals.
