TURNER S. FIXEN

Turner Fixen is a key relationship and service account manager with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. He also oversees MBSA’s primary office in Fargo, ND. Turner has well-rounded expertise in BOLI administration and risk management. Turner leads our actuarial team’s efforts in assisting clients with BOLI projections for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Dodd-Frank Act stress test requirements.

Turner also has significant expertise in analyzing and administering various split-dollar and non-qualified executive deferred compensation plans. His organizational and project management skills make him well-suited to lead the implementation process for new administrative assignments.

Prior to MBSA, he worked for Nodak Mutual Insurance Company in Fargo, ND.
